Cooking with a cheerful and happy state of mind when entering kitchen will result in healthy and tasty dishes.  Addition of various kitchen herbs like turmeric, ginger, cardamom, asafoetida etc. to enhances digestibility and makes the heavier/denser ingredients like wheat into a digestible product for consumption. Ayurvedic recipes are tried and tested recipes, balanced recipes to maintain health.
